Yes, we have a pan-India delivery network. While we can deliver to most locations, remote or difficult-to-access sites may incur additional transportation charges. Please provide your exact site address during the booking process for an accurate quote.
We have a 24/7 support promise. In the rare event of a breakdown, contact our support hotline immediately. We will dispatch a technician for on-site repair. If the equipment cannot be fixed promptly, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to minimize your project's downtime.
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required for all equipment rentals. The amount varies depending on the value of the equipment. The deposit is fully refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the equipment is returned and inspected for any damages.
Of course. If you need to extend your rental, please contact our support team at least 24 hours before your original rental period ends. Extensions are subject to equipment availability and will be billed at our standard rates. We'll do our best to accommodate your project's changing schedule.
